The 20s of the 20th century, Korea is under the Japanese occupation. Lee Jung-chool, a former member of the Korean resistance movement and now a Japanese police officer, receives a special mission to infiltrate the movement struggling for independence in Korea. The cop meets Kim Woo-Jin, an art dealer who is actually a local resistance leader. Although both men know their true identity and intentions, they take a risky game. When members of the resistance move to Shanghai to obtain the explosives they plan to wear in the Japanese government headquarters in Seoul, Lee Jung-Chool and Japanese officer Hashimoto set off for pursuit. Suddenly it turns out that information about planned activities leaks from both sides, but no one knows who the informants are.
